The first line consists of products that are available in 18 European countries where PHOENIX Group operates. The range of these products is very wide and consists of different categories of products such as medical devices, dietary supplements, food for special medical purposes and products of general use. With this product range, we respond to the needs of our customers from their birth to adulthood in maintaining health and proper care.
The second line of products are teas produced in Serbia from the highest quality raw materials.
The third product line is made in AU LIVSANE Galenic Laboratory and consists of galenic medicines and cosmetic products.
Pharmacy institution LIVSANE is pharmacy and galenic laboratory founded in 2015 in Novi Sad and it produces galenic medicines and cosmetic products. When it comes to galenic medicines, out of 418 galenic medicines that can be made in a galenic laboratory under the license from the Ministry of Health, our range currently consists of 37 products with a tendency to grow.
In addition to galenic medicines, LIVSANE Galenic Laboratory prepares 31 galenic cosmetic products.
With the aim of continuous improvement of the products and services it provides, AU LIVSANE Galenic Laboratory registered a laboratory for quality control of galenic medicines in April 2018, which further ensures the quality of products.

PHOENIX Group Serbia (consisting of: PHOENIX Pharma d.o.o., Pharmacy institution BENU, Evropa Lek Pharma d.o.o. and INO-Pharm d.o.o.) carries out its mission every day - taking care of people's health in Serbia. Part of that mission is the attention we give to the community through numerous activities and initiatives. In this domain, our strategic commitment is to support the most vulnerable target groups and those who need medical assistance most urgently. That's why we provide support through cooperation with associations and other organizations whose goal is support in the treatment of the most serious diseases, expensive therapeutic needs and the most urgent needs that directly affect the outcome of the disease. We prioritize supporting the needs of children and youth.
To that end, we created an initiative called "Let's support together". The bearers of the initiative are the company PHOENIX Pharma d.o.o. and BENU Pharmacy Institution. With this initiative, we will send 3 dinars from every LIVSANE product sold to the users of the Be Humane foundation to cover the urgent costs of hospital treatment. LIVSANE is a private brand of the PHOENIX group, based in Mannheim, Germany. Part of the production portfolio is produced on the territory of the EU, whose distributor is PHOENIX Pharma d.o.o. The second part of the portfolio is produced in the galenic laboratory AU BENU in Novi Sad. LIVSANE products can be obtained in AU BENU pharmacies and pharmacies with the BETTY mark (BETTY is a partner program of PHOENIX Pharma) where they will be marked with a wobbler at the product shelf during the duration of the initiative. All pharmacies that participate in the initiative are marked with a sticker on the window/door of the pharmacy, which contains basic information.
The duration of the initiative is from August 15, 2023. until August 15, 2024.
